Emperors penguins are the tallest penguin of all the penguins. Emperor penguins are 45 inches tall. They live in Antarctica where temps can be extremely cold. In order for them to keep warm they huddle together allowing for them to fight the winds. To make sure that each penguin is able to keep warm, the one in the middle off the huddle will move to the outside to ensure that others have a chance to be shielded from the harsh winds.

Adelie just like the Emperor penguin live in the Antarctic. Adelie feed on thing like krill but also will eat things like fish and squid. They are able to dive up to about 575 feet. Adelie penguins are one of the most aggressive types of penguins in the Antarctic. They have been known to fight large seabirds or even seals. Due to living so close to the Emperor penguin, Adelie have been seen trying to protect the chicks of an Emperor.

Galapagos penguin are an endanger species. There are fewer that 2000 of them left. They are also the only species of penguin that can be found in the northern hemisphere. The species is being threatened by pollution, and climate change. If you would like to help you can go to the donation.
